Mayvin Training is a boutique training and coaching company focused on providing specialised training to meet the needs of their individual clients. We are a privately owned and operated business, founded and managed by Francine Bishop.
When Mayvin Training works with a business to provide coaching or training, or to help overcome challenges with the people in the business, they become partners. We listen. Help identify challenges. Develop a strategy hand in hand with the business owner. And are committed to seeing the desired outcome.
Mayvin Training is does not deliver “off the shelf” training programs and we certainly do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. We are small, focused, and driven to see our clients achieve better results.

The trainer relates to the delegates, the delegates engage and participate more and it is then the trainers responsibility to provide innovative, interactive and enjoyable training. Francine Bishop is the founder and head trainer of Mayvin Training. She is passionate about empowering people with skills and chooses to continue training as the companies best quality assurance measure. Francine believes that remaining in the business as a trainer keeps her “finger on the pulse”, so Mayvin Training know what’s working and not working in the training arena.
Francine also remains heavily involved in the development of training courses and cirriculum, again a quality control measure.
Mayvin Training is about people. We spend hundreds of hours every year learning and upskilling so we can share the best with our clients.
